Modesto City Council meeting highlights - anyone else attend?

Went to last night's city council meeting about the proposed downtown revitalization project. Lots of mixed opinions from residents. Curious what others think about the plans they presented.

I was there too! Mixed feelings about some of the proposals but glad they're finally addressing the vacant storefronts.
Concerned about where the funding is coming from. Would like to see more details on the budget before they move forward.
