Anyone know what's being built where the old Kmart used to be?

Drove by the old Kmart lot on Oakdale Road and there's construction activity. Haven't seen any signs about what's going in there. Hoping for something useful for the community!

Heard it's going to be a mixed retail development - possibly a grocery store and some smaller shops.
Really hope we get a decent grocery store there. That area needs more shopping options.
City planning meeting next week should have more details if anyone wants to attend.
