Going through a tough time and looking for counseling services that are affordable or take insurance. Would prefer someone local rather than having to drive to Stockton or Sacramento.

Stanislaus County Behavioral Health Services offers sliding scale fees based on income. They have offices throughout the county including Modesto.
Also check out Central Valley Recovery Services - they offer both individual and group counseling. Very compassionate staff.
