Running a local restaurant and everything from food costs to utilities keeps going up. What strategies are other local businesses using to stay afloat without pricing out customers?

We've had to get creative with portion sizes and started offering more 'value' combo deals. Also partnering with other local businesses for cross-promotion.

Same boat here. I've focused on building customer loyalty programs and emphasizing the local/fresh angle. People will pay more if they see the value.
